I needed a part for a high-end outdoor shower. When I brought the part into the store, Rob diagnosed what was not working. He and other staff spent considerable time looking for a nut that would have solved the problem. When it was clear that they didn't have one, they spent even more time trying to figure out how to order just a small part of the shower system. They even brought it in overnight so that I could get the shower up and running. When I couldn't disconnect the nut on the new part from the unit, I took it back. Three men worked together to unscrew the over-torqued nuts on either side. This is the difference between going to a local, knowledgeable store vs a big box store or Amazon. I could not recommend them more highly.

Rob is great! He diagnosed the exact problem with our water heater over the phone. He called me back at 3:30, an hour and a half before closing, with an opening due to cancellation. Half an hour later he's at my house with a new water heater, and by 4:30 they were done with the job. 10/10 highly recommend!

Searched for a replacement all over CT. Nobody could identify the type of shower I had. I walked in and instantly he not only identified type of handles I had but had the parts in stock. Every plumber wanted to replace the shower for 1300 or more. Thanks to them I did it for 30.00.

I woke up to a leaking hot water heater. I called Niantic Plumbing about 9 AM. By 3 PM I had a new heater installed! These guys are great!

Absolutely love Niantic plumbing. Came out today to put in a faucet, We had called in the afternoon about 2pm and asked them to install a faucet, and they came out 2 hours later to install it. My boyfriend who in a wheelchair couldn't do it himself, and they came right out to help him. That made me so thankful they had our back. Always pleasant, always do great work. Would highly recommend.

Niantic Plumbing has always helped me out when I went to their store to get a part. They explained how to install what ever I bought. Very nice people. Recently I needed a new hot water heater installed. They returned my call and were at my house in 15 minutes to make sure the heater was shot and see what size I needed. My heater was small size, one they would not have in their inventory. They said they will get back to me. Sure enough they got right back to me with a price and I said great. Called me a couples hours later and said they on their way over to install the heater. In and out in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Handed me my bill and since I was putting it on a charge card, they said call the store and they'll take care of it and send you a receipt. Also took the old one away . Thank you Niantic Plumbing.

They re-plumbed our house in Mystic and replaced entire heating and air conditioning system. It was a really tough job and they knocked it out good guys and total pros.
